We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are experiencing issues with an item, please see the Defective Items section below.
Items must meet the following qualifications in order to be eligible for return:
- It must be 30 days or less from the date of delivery.
- Item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the above conditions are met, you can contact us to start the return process.
Due to their nature, the following items are non-refundable:
- Sale items or Gift Cards
- Custom Designed Items
- Damaged or Modified Items
- Items Missing Components
- As-Is or No Warranty Items
If your return meets the eligibility requirements above and is accepted, we'll send an RMA number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first receiving an RMA number will not be issued a refund.
You will be responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item (including all accessories!) back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For items with higher value, consider using a carrier service with tracking and purchasing shipping insurance. If we do not receive your return, we cannot issue a refund.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items that are due to customer error.
The restocking fee does not apply to defective items or items returned as a result of an error on the part of Blinky Pixels, LLC.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective items are items deemed inoperable within 7 days of receipt. We will first attempt to troubleshoot the issue before issuing a return. Sometimes a product is not faulty and the issue can be resolved through a different configuration on the controller or through minor design changes in your layout. If the defect is unable to be fixed remotely and definitively determined by pictures or video, the item may be required to be returned for examination. Once you receive an RMA number, you must send a copy of your receipt with the damaged item along with a note stating what is wrong with the item.
If a defect is determined to exist:
- A restocking fee will not be charged.
- The item may be repaired, replaced or a credit issued depending on the item and available stock.
If a defect is determined NOT to exist, the product will be returned to the customer and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If arrangements have not been made for return shipping within 14 days of determination, the item will be forfeited and discarded.
Some items may have the capability to store data, information, configurations, etc… Blinky Pixels, LLC is not responsible for retaining or transferring such data to another product given as an exchange or for the loss of such data on any returned item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We do not refund shipping costs.
If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately to request cancellation. All cancellations not due to an error on behalf of Blinky Pixels LLC will be charged a 3% processing fee.
Unfortunately, Shopify charges us this fee when the order is placed and will not refund us even if the order is immediately cancelled.
