Shipping Policy

When you’re excited about a project, you want the pixels and supplies at your door ASAP! Because of this, we strive to keep our inventory stocked and your order on the way within 24 hours.

We use the 3 major shipping companies in the US to give you competitive delivery times & pricing options. Average transit times from our location in Charleston, SC can be seen below:

Shipping fees will vary based on the size & weight of the order and the location it is shipping to. These fees consist of the carrier fee as well as the cost of materials required for packaging. We do our best to provide compact packaging that will result in the lowest cost to you.

We do not pre-pay international import duties, fees, vat, etc... Every country is different and it is your responsibility to research these charges and cover the import costs should your country require them.

If you receive a damaged, tampered with or misdelivered package, immediately take detailed notes and photos of the compromised packaging and any broken products inside. Email the photos to us within 3 days of delivery and we will file a claim with the carrier for you.

If a package appears to be lost, check the tracking number for details. If you need further assistance, contact us within 2 weeks of the expected delivery date.

We are not responsible for shipments going to the wrong address when that address was entered incorrectly during checkout. Please verify your shipping address before placing the order. Any error in the address that results in a charge from the shipping carrier is the responsibility of the customer. Blinky Pixels, LLC reserves the right to charge these fees to the same account or credit card used on the original order once we are notified by the courier.
